• C300 Coated Card – smooth, polished finish; ideal for vivid color printing

• Kraft Paper – natural, textured, eco-friendly look; great for handmade or sustainable brands

• Clear (Transparent) – modern and minimal; lets the product show through

• Specialty Papers – textured, linen, or other premium options available on request

Not sure which to choose? Think about your brand feel: polished and retail-ready → C300; natural and artisanal → Kraft; clean and contemporary → Clear.

We offer three thickness levels:

• 14pt – lighter, slightly flexible; suitable for tags that need to fold or layer

• 16pt – our most popular option; sturdy with a premium hand feel

Thicker tags feel more premium but also cost slightly more. If you're unsure, 16pt is a safe starting point for most clothing and accessory brands.

Yes! Double-sided printing is available and a popular choice. The front typically carries your logo or main visual, while the back is used for:

• Care instructions

• Size or product information

• A brand message or short story

• QR code or social media handles

Single-sided printing is also available if your design only requires one side.

You can choose the hole position that works best for your attachment method:

• Top center – the most common; works with all string and pin styles

• Top left – gives a slightly offset, casual look

• Top right – same as left, mirrored

Yes! Every order includes a digital proof for your review and approval before production begins. You'll be able to check:

• Layout, design, and text accuracy

• Size, shape, and hole position

Production only starts after you approve the proof. Please review carefully — changes cannot be made once production is confirmed.

For the best print quality, we recommend:

• AI (Adobe Illustrator) – Preferred

• PDF (High-resolution vector)

• SVG (Vector format) If using raster files:

• PNG or JPG at minimum 300 DPI at actual print size

• PSD (Photoshop) files also accepted

💡 Always include trim lines and bleed areas in your file. Avoid placing important text or logos too close to the edge, especially near the hole punch area.

We can help adjust or optimize your existing logo and artwork for hangtag production. Simply provide:

• Your logo or brand mark

• Text content you want included

• Any reference designs or style direction

Please note: We do not offer logo creation from scratch. If you have existing brand assets, our team can help prepare them for print. An artwork fee may apply depending on complexity.

Keep all important design elements — logos, text, barcodes — at least 5mm away from the hole punch area. The punch goes through the tag cleanly, but anything too close to it may be partially cut or obscured.

If you're designing for a specific hole position (left, right, or center), make sure to note it clearly in your file or order notes.

Production typically takes 7–10 business days after proof approval. Our team will confirm the exact timeline before production begins, as it may vary depending on quantity, paper type, and finishing options.

If your hangtags arrive with any printing defects, incorrect specifications, or material issues, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We may request photos to verify the issue before arranging a reprint — no return is needed unless confirmed by our team.

Every order includes a digital proof approval step to minimize errors before production begins.

Because all hangtags are custom-made to your specifications, returns are not accepted. However:

• If there is a confirmed production defect or quality issue, we will review and resolve it

• Please report any problems within 10 days of receiving your order with supporting photos or videos
